About Mark8 IQ Mark8 IQ is an AI operating system for digital commerce. We help multi-marketplace D2C brands in India centralise fragmented data and automate operations across ads, inventory, returns, finance, and quick commerce. We are in an active growth phase. Design here is not support. It is infrastructure.
What You Will Work on
You will produce assets that are seen by investors, enterprise clients, and brand partners. Work spans brand, digital, and collateral.
Brand and Digital Assets
• On-brand illustrations, section visuals, and custom iconography
• Image curation and treatment consistent with the visual system
• Social media graphics and content visuals across platforms
• Branded templates for decks, one-pagers, and emailers
Presentation and Investor-Facing Design
• Infographic components and data visualisation layouts
• Diagram assets and visual support for high-stakes presentations
• Brand-consistent output across all investor and partner materials
Web Design Support
• Asset creation and image prep for web
• Figma-to-development handoff (frame setup, component management, export specs)
Motion and Video (Plus) (Optional)
• Short animated assets for digital use (Lottie or GIF format)
• Visual support for video production (scene assets, title cards, storyboard frames)
• Micro-animations for social content
Print and Collateral (Plus) (Optional)
• Stationery, business cards, and event collateral
• Brand application across physical touchpoints
What We Expect
• Figma proficiency is non-negotiable. The entire team works in Figma. You must be able to set up frames, manage components, and deliver dev-ready specs without supervision.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop at minimum.
• Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow. AI is part of how work gets done here, used actively for image generation, ideation, and asset iteration. This is expected, not optional.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and colour systems. You will work within a defined brand system. Deviating without reason is not creative freedom. It is a brand error.
• Ability to take a brief and execute independently. Clarifying questions are encouraged. Repeated clarification on the same brief is not.
• Attention to export quality. Assets go live. Wrong colour modes, file formats, or pixel errors have real downstream consequences.
• Comfort working within a task management system. Briefs, deadlines, and feedback will be tracked on a shared tool. You are expected to keep your task status updated, log progress, and flag blockers within the system, not just over chat.
Good to Have
• Motion design experience (After Effects, Jitter, or similar)
• Basic video editing for social-format content
• Familiarity with GSAP or Lottie
• Visual experience with D2C, e-commerce, or SaaS brands
What You Will Not Find Here
• Busywork or filler projects
• A team that does not know what it is building
• Design treated as decoration
