We're looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across leading e-commerce platforms. If you have experience in catalog management, order processing, inventory management, and marketplace operations, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
📦 Listing & Catalog Management
- Manage product listings and catalog operations across marketplaces.
- Handle variation management, listing suppressions, and listing health.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and coordinate catalog updates with internal teams.
- Resolve listing-related issues to maintain seamless marketplace operations.
🚚 Order Processing
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order allocation to fulfillment.
- Monitor shipment planning, order exceptions, cancellations, and returns.
- Ensure SLA compliance across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely order execution.
📊 Inventory Management
- Manage inventory across multiple marketplaces and warehouses.
- Ensure inventory synchronization and stock accuracy.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory health, and out-of-stock (OOS) rates.
- Coordinate replenishment and order fulfillment with warehouses and 3PL partners.
📦 Procurement & Shipment Management
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Handle FBA, FBF, Vendor, and marketplace shipments.
- Track shipment status and coordinate inventory movement across warehouses and marketplaces.
- Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely dispatches.
🔄 Returns & Claims
- Manage returns and claims processes across marketplaces.
- Track claim status, reimbursements, and return trends.
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate timely issue resolution with marketplaces and internal teams.
Required Skills
